We accept returns on Shoes and Handbags within 30 days of the purchase date, or 15 days after the arrival of the merchandise.

We accept returns in the United States, Canada, and the EU - Orders from other countries/zones are considered Final Sale and, thus, are not eligible for the return/exchange process.

Please make sure the merchandise is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
